THE CURSE | RS-11 x BLACK MAGIC

RS-11 x Black Magic keeps everything people love about RS-11 while pushing the plant into a stronger, more complete expression. Most phenos lean clearly toward the RS-11 side, producing those unmistakable dense golf-ball buds that stack throughout the plant. The flowers build into large, chunky tops with heavy trichome coverage, often finishing with darker tones and added calyx definition from the Black Magic side.

The plant grows with moderate stretch but stays very manageable in the room. Buds form into tight, frosty clusters that are easy to trim and very consistent across the canopy. While the majority of phenos express classic RS-11 structure, some lean slightly more toward Black Magic with tighter calyx stacking and deeper color expression.

The terp profile stays very true to RS-11, delivering that familiar candy gas profile with extra depth and gas from the Black Magic influence. The result is an RS-11-forward flavor with added complexity and more weight in the smoke.

Yields are strong, trim is easy, and the flower quality stays high across the line. RS-11 x Black Magic finishes in about 8–9 weeks and stands out as a true upgrade to the original profile.

For growers looking for an updated RS-11, this cross delivers the best of both worlds: classic RS-11 structure and terp profile paired with the added frost, color, and depth brought by Black Magic.
